    Default Inquisitor Healing?

This will be the first healing class I intend to pay attention to. The idea of using an 'emperor'isque character keeping your group alive just seems priceless to me. What appeal does this class for its healing capabilities have for you?

If I don't go with my original idea of a smuggler, I'll go with this one. As I said, I wanna heal. Healing with force lightning would be fun

I almost choose Sith inquisitor as the lightning bolts are very tempting. However, Sith warriors with their force choke stole it for me.

I'm definitely going to try out Sith inquisitor. I do agree with you, in regards to inquisitor's having a emperor type vibe! I'll be very interested as to how this class will turn out prior to launch.

I'm really hoping they release a video of the SI Sorcerer healing, it's got to be fun. I suppose I can wait for the game to release, but even then it will be months before I can get the opportunity to play as one as I have to get my tank on once it releases. I'll still be looking forward to covering the mechanics, but it will be quite unfortunate that I won't get to experience it until late.

Pretty sure I've changed my outlook on a lot of things, and will be going for the inquisitor. I want to go the sith route, I want to be a healer, I want a pretty lightsaber. Seems like an obvious choice for me.

Plus, shoving lightning bolts straight up JD's arse and that actually being a good thing for him...the jokes are endless

    First of all, Hi everyone.

I am on the same page with Distorted. I too want to be a Sith healer with a lightsaber. Who wouldn't? I mean, other than freaks!

Ever since I started in MMOs, I've played the "support" role. It's so deep-seeded in my brain that I am just plain incompetent when it comes to tanking and totally lost as a dps.

More specifically, though, the Inquisitor class stuck out to me because of the possible means of healing. Surely they would not draw on the light as a Consular would for pure healing. I'm seeing more "Drain X health from enemy A and heal Y for X amount" as a possible mechanic. It would just be really sick to be able to use an enemy's life force against them.

I'm also just more inclined to heal via "magical" means instead of bandages and med packs. I need more than just a "traditional" way of healing and using the dark side to heal is VERY nontraditional. That's just me though.

P.S.Just in case it doesn't show up *after* I make a signature, I have an Inquisitor blog site called The Niquisition. Not too much on it as of right now, but there will be as more Inquisitor information is released.

EDIT: I am too stupid to find the signature edit feature. Help!

After watching the multiplayer video preview and then seeing the picture above it, I had more questions come up regarding lightsabers and healers.

    Will healers use single-blade exclusively?
Can we change the color of the blade?
Will the saber always be energized during combat?

What I really do not want to happen is for healers (Inquisitors specifically) to become obvious targets in PvP. I don't want to enter combat across the battlefield (lightsaber ablaze) and some dps monster look right at me, see a single-blade purple lightsaber and instantly "Oh look, that guy is obviously a healer because of his one-blade violet light sword. MUST KILL!!"

If you've ever played an obvious healer (aka: Pre-4.0 resto druid who DID use ToL in BGs), then you know how frustrating it is to have an invisible "Kill me first" sign above your head constantly.

Now, I don't generally PvP much anyway, but I'd hate for my sure-to-be-few PvP experiences to induce horrific flashbacks of my pre-4.0 BG healing days on the druid. It would also suck for other healers who enjoy PvP more than I.

Healing Tanking both close ty me hearth. Eny how

Light saber colors no worrys to bee a fraid of getting class spesific saber colour the saber colours come from the crystals y bind on you sabaer.
so in pvp theyl focus on some else than y saber colour. (example y fellow tank or dps might and will have same collour saber than you i ensure that.)

and about the pvp no worrys on that either it wont be WoW pvp experience. You (healers) wont bee the first ones to get trampled on pvp cause ther will be more roles on the pvp like on WAR.
so the pvp system will be more close to WAR than WoW so iff y have tank whit ye on pvp y dont need to be so worryed a bout ye selfe. Like in WoW.
