I am so looking forward to creating weapons and putting my stamp on them! I have also got to come up with a cool stamp - but, then, I'm creative like that!

I'm looking forward just to seeing how detailed the branding options are. When reading up on it, it was simply stated your work can be distinguished from others, but how are we to know that it isn't like WoW where it just says <made by x>? It would, of course, be awesome to make individual crafters get better and better at the same techniques, making one players item of higher quality of an identical item of another player (for instance if one player makes 10 of one item, their 10th would be slightly better than their first). If branding was that specific it would definitely be that awesome!

Well, Lord of the Rings Online has more or less such method. If you master a tier in the crafting skills, you have a xx% chance of scoring a critical 'hit' when crafting an armour piece that falls in said tier. When you do, the piece created will be much better then the one you were trying to make originally. Sometimes even going as far as having nearly double the stats.
So if you want a piece of armour that can be made by a "journeyman armoursmith", you are better of looking for a "master journeyman armoursmith", since only he is able to create the improved version of it.

That's a little bit of awesome right there. I've never played LotRO so I've never gotten to see such things. EQ2 had something SOMEWHAT similar, where the better you got at whatever crafting profession, the more apt you are to creating 'pristine' copies of lower level recipes. I'm just glad that they aren't looking to make this as linear as WoW's crafting system. Tradeskills in that game are a bit dull in my opinion.
