Not true, I plan on doing PVE and PVP as usual at end game, however when leveling I blow through gear like nothing so putting a heroic group together just for a item I will replace on the next planet is not something I am willing to do.

Pretty much the same. I like PvP enough to get on a PvP server, but you will find come end game I will be spending far more time fighting NPC than the ladder. As Sufikation said, I simply don't see the point in investing more time than necessary to find a group, gather a group, and MAYBE get the job done as opposed to just doing it myself. I did BT on both my juggernaut and my inquisitor to get some decent starter gear, past that it's not such a big deal. I've saved the quests so far for flashpoints I haven't done thinking maybe I'll do them later, but I've already got 2 grayed out on me already, so who knows.

I'm not doing them for the items either, they are just a bonus. I do want to see as much from the story as possible, and the heroics often contain nice dialogue, light/dark side options, fun boss fights, and a nice story.

I'm Dark 3 and quit doing group quests halfway through the second planet. I commend the rest of your synopsis, but I still don't think I'm missing much from a min/max scenario.

I will come back through and solo the heroics and any FP I miss when I am level 50, that way I can gather all the light side points available and see the whole game. But ya, at this point...I am shooting for a quick level cap, and at the pace I go I need to skip anything overly time consuming, lol. With my alts it may be a different story of how I do it.
